全區廣大居民朋友們：

Dear residents,

　　疫情防控，人人有責！為進一步強化新冠肺炎疫情防控管控措施，保障人民群眾健康安全，根據市疫情防控工作統一安排，我區定于6月5日至6日對全區戶籍人口、來穗人員開展全員核酸檢測工作。現將有關事項通告如下：

　　Everyone has a responsibility to curb the spread of COVID-19. In order to further strengthen COVID-19 prevention and control measures, and to practically safeguard people's safety and health, following the COVID-19 prevention and control arrangements of Guangzhou Municipality, it has been decided that Huadu District will conduct a district-wide universal PCR testing on all residents, including household registered population and migrant population, from June 5 to June 6. We hereby notify the following matters:

　　一、請根據所在村（居）委工作人員的通知指引，分時段有序到達指定地點開展一次核酸檢測，做到“應檢盡檢”，確保不漏一戶、不落一人。工作人員未通知的，請不要擅自前往，避免人員聚集和等候時間過長。

　　1. Residents are advised to follow the notification and instructions of community (village) committee staff and arrive at designated testing station for PCR testing according to the set schedule in an orderly manner.Please make sure everyone in your household is tested. Please do not go to the testing station on your own if you are yet to be notified by community staff, to avoid gatherings and prolonged waiting time.

　　二、請提前登錄“葵花碼”微信小程序，填寫個人身份資料，截圖保存系統生成的二維碼，以便采樣現場的快速高效查驗。老人、小孩沒有手機的，可在家人手機賬號下添加生成其二維碼。

　　2. Before taking the PCR test, please log into the“Kuihua Code” WeChat miniprogram and update your personal information. Take a screenshot of the QR code generated by the system to facilitate rapid identity verification at the testing station. QR codes for senior citizens and minors who do not have a mobile phone can be generated and saved in the devices of their family members.

　　三、檢測時請攜帶個人身份證，主動出示“穗康碼”“采樣信息二維碼”，并全程佩戴口罩，與他人保持1米以上間隔，不交談，不聚集。

　　3. Please bring your ID to the testingstation and present your "Suikang Code” and "Sample collection information QR code" when taking the test. Please make sure to wear a mask throughout the process and keep a distance of at least 1 meter away from the others. Please min imize talking and gatherings.

　　四、如在24小時內曾接種新冠疫苗的，須在接種24小時后再進行檢測；如已成功預約接種新冠疫苗的，請盡快完成檢測后再行接種。6月5日0時后未進行過核酸檢測的，仍須接受此次全員核酸檢測。

　　4.PCR test must be taken after 24 hours of COVID-19 vaccination ; whoever booked a COVID-19 vaccination appointment should get vaccinated after completing the PCR test. Whoever haven't been tested after 00:00 June 5 are required to take part in this universal PCR testing.

　　五、核酸檢測結果出具前，請盡量減少流動，暫不參與聚集性活動，如有發熱等不適癥狀，請主動到就近醫院發熱門診就診。

　　5. Please refrain from travelling or attending group activities before the PCR test results come out. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please voluntarily visit nearby fever clinics to get diagnosed.

　　不參加核酸檢測將會給您的生活帶來諸多不便，造成嚴重后果的，還需承擔相應法律責任。為了您和全區人民的健康，請廣大居民積極配合，確保檢測工作高效完成。    

　　There will be many inconveniences if you do not take part in PCR testing. In the event of severe consequences, you will be held legally liable. For the sake of the health of yourself and all residents in the district, your support and cooperation is much needed to facilitate the progress of PCR testing.
