On December 19th, the 10th Guangzhou Japan Economic and Trade Cooperation Roundtable Dialogue and Investment in Huadu Exchange Event were grandly held in Guangzhou to strengthen cooperation and exchange between Guangzhou and Japan, and enhance the investment attraction to Japanese funded enterprises in Huadu District. This year marks the beginning of China's implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, as well as the 45th anniversary of the signing of the China Japan Peace and Friendship Treaty. 　　Huadu is an open hub that resonates with the world, an automotive capital closely connected to Japanese companies, a value highland closely connected to the future, and a land of entrepreneurship that grows together with enterprises. Huadu District will adhere to the belief of "achieving entrepreneurs, treating investors kindly and generously, and serving taxpayers", to promote the construction of a business environment. The District will assist enterprises in identifying new market trends in China, seeking new business opportunities for cooperation in Huadu, and promoting pragmatic commercial cooperation between Huadu and Japan.

　　The relevant leaders of Guangzhou said that the investment and trade of Japanese enterprises has promoted the industrial transformation and upgrading of Guangzhou, and has also achieved the development and expansion of Japanese enterprises. 　　Yoshiko Kishima stated that this year marks the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Japan China Peace and Friendship Treaty, as well as the 10th dialogue meeting between Guangzhou and Japan. This type of direct communication with the municipal government not only effectively listens to the true voice of Japanese enterprises and helps solve the investment and operation problems of Japanese funded enterprises, but also has significant implications for deepening communication between Guangzhou and Japanese enterprises.

　　The relevant leaders of Huadu District stated that Huadu District adheres to the principle of "building the district by intelligent manufacturing, making the district strong through hub, and beautifying the district ecologically". The District will focus on the new industrial development pattern of "Central Air Rail Integration Development Demonstration Zone, Western Intelligent New Energy Vehicle City, and Eastern Airport Digital Intelligent Port", and strive to accelerate the construction of the aviation metropolitan area of Guangzhou as a national center city, to create a growth pole in the northern part of Guangzhou! The western region of Huadu District is seizing the new track of intelligent new energy vehicles, which is an important support for building Guangzhou's trillion level automotive industry strategy. Currently, the District is making every effort to promote the application of Guangzhou Huadu Economic and Technological Development Zone, with the automotive industry base as the core, for a national level economic and technological development zone.

　　At the meeting, the relevant leaders of Huadu District also introduced the business environment and key development industries of Huadu District in detail. Huadu is the capital of automobiles, and the Huadu Automobile Industry Base is one of the three major headquarters economic clusters in the provincial economic development zone, provincial high-tech industry development zone, and Guangzhou. The automobile manufacturing industry accounts for nearly one-third of the output value of Guangzhou. At the same time, the District continues to deepen a new round of strategic cooperation with Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., vigorously promote leading enterprises such as Dongfeng Nissan to become bigger and stronger, and create an innovation highland of 250 billion level intelligent connected vehicles in the Greater Bay Area. In recent years, the District has deepened the reforms to streamline the government, delegate power, and improve government services, continuously optimized the business environment, and introduced a variety of supportive policies, including the Twenty-six Measures of Huadu District to Provide Favorable Conditions and Assistance for Enterprises, Ten Measures to Attract Talents, and other inclusive policies and industrial characteristics policies, to provide support for the high-quality development of the District's automobile industry.

During the policy Q&A session of the interaction and exchange between the two parties, representatives of multiple enterprises spoke up and interacted actively. They stated that they would fully utilize their advantages in the market, capital, technology, and other aspects to strengthen cooperation and exchange with Huadu District, and complement each other's advantages. Among them, many enterprises have shown strong investment intentions, saying that they will provide fresh blood to the economy of Huadu District and enhance its economic vitality. In the afternoon, dozens of business guests went to the automotive industry base of Huadu District for field visits and exchanges. They visited the Guangzhou branch of Shenzhen Lianyou Technology Co., Ltd and other auto parts enterprises to understand the investment and business environment of Huadu District.

　　Relying on the good effect of this exchange activity, the District strives to attract more high-quality Japanese enterprises to come to China, invest in Guangzhou and settle down in Huadu. Huadu District will give full play to the advantages of industrial chain to attract investment and aim at the "new track" of intelligent new energy vehicles.
